Mac Demy has over 13 years of integrated production experience leading a range of projects across broadcast TV, film, responsive web, digital strategy, mobile & social, print, retail, experiential, and new business development.
Mac’s exceptional organizational and planning skills as well as practical judgment, empathy, and memory for details are a perfect match for the industry. He’s pragmatic yet adaptable and enjoys new challenges (e.g. achieving the “impossible”).
Prior to advertising, Mac worked as a Manager at Bergdorf Goodman leading client and credit management services, with over a dozen direct reports. There, he fostered strong work ethic and the ability to build lasting client relationships, gaining experience in operations management, sales, staffing, and cost control.
He earned an M.B.A in Risk Management at St. John’s University.
Outside of the agency world he is a successful music tour host and published musician.
